I was so sorry to hear about the passing of Mr. Marks. I have fond memories of my mandolin lessons at your home in Berwyn. I remember bringing our little dog Kiki to every lesson and Miles and Mctavish becoming insanely jealous over the fact that she could parade across the white carpet. I also had the honor of Mr. Marks performing at my wedding three years ago in Chicago. It was so wonderful to have him there and present for this occasion.

The thing that I will always cherish the most was his love for his students and constant passion for music in their lives. I would like to express my deep gratitude for all the years that he taught me music. Although I am making my career in a very different field, I will always have a love for music because of him.
